Sven reserves your rooms through his Fora advisor account, which is what attaches the upgrade, the credit and the breakfast to your name before you arrive. You pay the hotel directly, at the hotel's own rate, on their terms. We don't hold your money — we handle the paperwork.
If something needs to change while you're there, you message the two people who planned it. No call centre, no chatbot, no ticket number.
Sending this costs nothing and commits you to nothing. It's the start of a conversation, not an order.
Sven reads every message himself and writes the proposal himself. No auto-responder, no sales queue.

Does it cost anything to ask for a proposal?
No. There's no planning fee for hotel bookings. Private days with Wayan and full itinerary planning have their own pricing, which Sven will lay out clearly once he knows what you're after.
Do I need to already know which hotels I want?
No. Plenty of guests arrive with a name in mind; just as many arrive with nothing but dates. Both are a fine place to start.
How is this different from booking the hotel myself?
The rate is identical. What's different is what's already arranged before you arrive: the upgrade, the credit, the breakfast, and a direct line if anything needs adjusting.
How quickly will I hear back?
Usually within a working day, Bali time (GMT+8). We take on a small number of trips at a time, so replies are personal rather than automated.
